The French
Wine Magazine « L’amateur de Bordeaux » who speak about wine and
winegrowers, wrote something about our new cuvee, after having tasted our
Juices in barrels before the bottling.
What we call our baby wine, is a 100% meunier Champagne, worked in the vines very naturally (without any use of chemical products), and a very special vinification, in old barrels, unioculated yeasts ...
